CHALLENGE:

Uplift Central Coast is unlike most economic development organizations, and they weren’t looking to copy and paste from the status quo. Instead of working from the top down they wanted to flip the standard model on its head and begin from the ground up, giving everyone a seat at the table. This meant that they were going to need a lot of volunteers and community engagement. And that required creating a brand that felt relatable and exciting.

SOLUTION:

We began by embarking on a brand that told a story about human impact, not just numbers and policy. We worked closely with the Uplift team to craft an identity and story that would turn heads and inspire people to take action. We equipped them with all the tools they would need to convey a unified brand across all platforms, and provided easily accessible and modifiable templates. We accompanied them through bilingual reports, video story telling, and funding renewals.
